Young Artist Program Auditions

Opera New Jersey’s YAP (Young Artist Program), is a group of emerging artists who are bridging the gap between school and a professional career. OperaNJ features YAP members from September through May in a multitude of venues throughout the region.

The YAP members are paid an honorarium for each concert; fees vary per event. YAP singers must live regionally and have easy access to OperaNJ performance locations.

All applications for the 2008-2009 Young Artist Program must be received by May 1, 2008.
