Masterclasses

One of the most unique of our educational offerings is the Masterclass.

What is a Masterclass?

Join us as singers are critiqued live by opera luminaries and professionals up-close and personal! Singers prepare an aria pre-selected by our music staff and present it in front of a live audience of opera lovers and colleagues where the adjudicator to make suggestions and recommendations for improvement. A masterclass is an educational and amazing transformation process…we hope you’ll join us for these free events and get an inside look on what it takes to be an opera singer!

Masterclasses are open to the public and no reservations are necessary.

There are currently no upcoming masterclasses on the Opera New Jersey schedule. Check back in Spring 2010 for a schedule of masterclasses presented during Summer Season 2010.
